No. We promise the score, because the score is the part we control: 85 or higher, or your money back, and you keep the resume. Whether you get an interview depends on things we cannot control, so we will never promise you one.

No. We keep track of which numbers came from your own resume and which did not. The rewrite can keep your numbers but cannot invent new ones. If a line needs a number, it asks you. Before your files are sent, we check every number against what you gave us and remove anything that is not there.

Never. Our browser add-on types your details into the form on your own computer. You read it and you press send. Legal questions, like whether you can work in the country, whether you need sponsorship, your record, or your licences, are never answered for you. We mark every one of them in red.

We tell you straight that it is a long shot, then change the approach. We lead with the experience that carries across, deal with the gap head on in the cover letter, and help you find the person doing the hiring so your resume reaches a human. A low score is a warning, not a wall.

We work in English, and a French or Spanish version of your resume is included at no extra cost. Copying and pasting a job description works for any job, on any site, anywhere. The browser add-on fills forms on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday, and on forms built into company websites.

With a pass you also get the browser add-on, a list of every job you applied to, the questions we ask so nothing is invented, what a recruiter might push back on, and your LinkedIn rewritten.

You do not need one for a free scan, to buy, or to get your files by email. A pass also comes with the list of jobs you applied to and the browser add-on. Those two work through your account, so they are the parts that ask you to sign in.

No. You pay once. We do not keep your card and nothing renews on its own. If you buy a 30-Day Pass we send you one email on day 25. Paying for another 30 days is your choice.

If your new resume does not score 85 or higher, email us within 14 days and we put the money back where it came from. You keep the resume. The refunds page has the details.

Yes. If you have bought before, another 30 days is $79. You buy it when you want it. Nothing renews on its own.

Prices are shown before tax. Tax is worked out when you pay, from the address on your card: GST or HST in Canada, and state sales tax in the US where it applies.

Prices are in Canadian dollars in Canada and US dollars everywhere else. The score, the pay figures and the rewrite work for jobs in Canada, the United States, the UK, Australia and anywhere else. Pay figures depend on what is collected for your country, and we say plainly when we do not have them.

Your resume is personal information and we treat it that way, under Canadian privacy law and the law where you live. We say plainly how long we keep it, you can delete everything with one click, and we never sell it or share it.

Only the services we need to make your files: the company that runs our servers, our database, the AI that drafts the rewrite, and the service that emails it to you. When we look up pay we send only a job title and a city, never your name or your resume. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes to employers or recruiters.

Files from a free scan are deleted as soon as we have scored them. If you have paid, one click on the link in your email deletes everything, or you can email us. Once it is gone it is gone.

A seat is a 30-day pass. You buy a block of them and hand them to clients through a sign-up page in your name. Each client who starts uses one seat. Seats keep for 12 months from the day you buy them.

Every three months we send you seats used, scores before and after the rewrite, applications per client, and how many clients chose to pay to carry on. It is built to go straight into a funder report.

Yes. A French or Spanish version of the resume comes with every pass, and the sign-up page can be shown in those languages too.
