  1. Step 1

    Paste in the job, send your resume

    Copy the whole job description, not just the link. Your resume can be a PDF or a Word file. If it has two columns, we read it in the right order, which most software does not.

  2. Step 2

    We read your resume properly

    We pull out every job, every line and every number, and we keep track of which numbers came from you. That record is what stops the rewrite from inventing anything later.

  3. Step 3

    We score you against that job

    Your resume against that one job. You get a score out of 100 and the three reasons you are being thrown out. We publish exactly how the score is worked out, so you can check it yourself.

  4. Step 4

    You get a straight answer

    Worth it, maybe, or skip it. A low score is a warning, not a wall. If you want to go for it anyway, we say plainly that it is a long shot and change the approach to give you the best chance.

  5. Step 5

    What it pays, and what to watch out for

    What that job really pays in your city, taken from market data and never guessed by the AI. We also point out ads left up for months, pay that is praised but never stated, and work-permit rules buried at the bottom.

  6. Step 6

    We rewrite it, and we ask before we guess

    You get a resume written for that job in Word and PDF, plus a cover letter. If a line needs a number, we ask you for it. Then we check every number against what you gave us before sending your files.

    Three better jobs, then you apply

    For every job you check we show three jobs nearby that fit you better. Our browser add-on types your details into the form on your own computer. You read it and you press send. We never apply for you.
