The guarantee
If a tailored resume we deliver scores below 85 on our deterministic scorer against the posting you supplied, you are entitled to a full refund of the package price. You keep the resume and every other file we delivered.
How to claim
- Email hello@orvenic.com within 14 days of delivery. One email is enough; you do not need to justify anything beyond the score.
- We confirm the score from our records and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- For the 30-Day Pass and Landed, the guarantee applies to every resume delivered during the access period.
What is not covered
- The free scan, because there is nothing to refund.
- Coaching sessions that have already taken place. Unused sessions are refundable.
- Organization seats that a client has already activated.
- Interviews, callbacks or job offers, which we never guarantee.
If you simply change your mind
Because delivery happens within minutes, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after files have been delivered. If you bought a pass and have not used it at all, email us within 48 hours and we will refund it.
Before you dispute a charge
Please write to us first. Almost every problem is solved faster by email than through a card dispute, and we would rather fix the resume than argue about the charge.
